
IHT Clinical Supervisor

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor at the In-Home Therapy Team is part of a multi-disciplinary team which provides clinical supervision for Masters and Bachelors level staff delivering home based and outreach services for the IHT / Outreach team assigned. This position will be responsible, along with program leadership, for the clinical support and development of the IHT team. This position fosters the growth of staff; oversees service delivery; and supports / mentors all clinical aspects of assigned supervisees.
- Provides clinical supervision for Masters and Bachelors level staff.
- Assures clinicians are delivering clinically appropriate treatment services to families and individuals via supervisory discussion and clinical record review.
- Provides guidance / support commensurate with supervisees professional skill level and level of education.
- Instructs/directs/corrects supervisees clinical actions and documentation as needed.
- Mentors / supports supervisees to accomplish professional development goals.
- Working collaboratively with Program Director and Assistant Program Director to achieve goals set forth for program.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or related field required
- Independent license, LICSW, LMHC or licensed Psychologist is required
- Prior experience working with children and families.
- Prior experience with CBHI services is optional
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $95,000 USD
