🌟 Join Our Team as an Outpatient Clinic Intake Supervisor! 🌟
The Outpatient Clinic Intake Coordinator is an essential part of our dynamic team, serving as a clinical leader and performance manager! In this exciting role, you will oversee all aspects of the Clinic’s intake process, guiding clients from their very first assessment all the way to matching them with an outpatient clinician. Your efforts will ensure a smooth transition and top-notch care for every individual!
As the supervisor, you will not only oversee but also coordinate the clinic’s intake process, making sure that our talented clinicians provide the most clinically appropriate treatment services to families and individuals. Through engaging supervisory discussions and thorough clinical record reviews, you'll help maintain our high standards. Every intake will be completed with excellence, and discharge summaries will be finalized on time!
We know that support is key, so you’ll be available by telephone or in person as needed, especially during those crucial crises, providing invaluable assistance to our clinical staff and team members during business hours. Plus, you’ll be part of the On-Call Rotation, covering extended daytime hours, Saturdays, and Sundays, with just a couple of evening shifts required each week until 8 PM!
Collaboration is at the heart of our success! You’ll work closely with the Clinic Director and APDs on various critical matters, such as assigning new cases, maintaining an appropriate caseload for supervisees, ensuring the team completes outstanding work, and developing improvement plans when necessary. You’ll also tackle important safety, clinical, and billing issues to uphold our commitment to the highest standards of care!

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$85,010 - $100,006 USD
