Join us as an ACCS Assistant Program Director (APD) and take on a crucial leadership role within our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs!

In this exciting position, you will work closely with the Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of community-based mental health and substance use services. Your role will involve providing essential clinical and administrative leadership across multiple sites, supporting adults who are facing mental health and substance use challenges. Your dedication will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and transformative treatment to the individuals we serve. Under the guidance of the Program Director, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all required regulations and policies to the highest standards!

Requirements:

  • A Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field
  • An Independent Clinical License is highly preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, with a preference for prior experience in recovery-based community services.
  • At least one year of supervisory/management experience.
  • Builds strong working relationships with the MA Department of Mental Health and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service coordination for clients
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction) and their application in mental health recovery.
  • The ability to lead a team, provide supervision, and make effective decisions.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
