Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Employment Development Specialist who will play a vital role in providing employment experiences through a system of supports to include assessment, employment development, employment training, job coaching, and scheduling.
Our ideal candidate:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Required. A. or certification as an Employment Support Professional preferred.
- Three or more years experiences working in a similar capacity with adults with disabilities
- Strong administrative and organizational ability;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good computer skills;
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Access to reliable transportation is required, and may require the use of a personal vehicle to transport supported individuals
