Pay   $75,000- 85,000

 

 

Are you a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to our CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.

This is more than a support role—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of our mission-driven organization, ensuring seamless operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for executive leadership.

  • Provide high-level support to the Board of Directors and committees, including meeting logistics and record-keeping.

  • Support internal leadership meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and special events such as retreats and organizational milestones.

  • Serve as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

  • Assist with event coordination and administrative support for the Philanthropy team.

  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations.

  • Handle inquiries and action items with professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.

  • Own and lead special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.

  • Mastery of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a high level of professionalism.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and maintain discretion.

  • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven settings is a plus.

  • Confidence interacting with senior leadership, board members, and external partners.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role: Work from home 2–3 days per week.

  • Occasional travel required for Board and Leaders Retreats.

  • Standard office environment with typical physical requirements.
