The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in leading Aspire’s integrated marketing efforts to enhance engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and support organizational growth. This role focuses on executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, optimizing digital performance, and managing targeted advertising initiatives. This role will be a member of the People & Culture team and will report to the Director of Marketing.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Development and Execution 

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including setting goals, defining audiences, and outlining deliverables. 

 

Paid Advertising  

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). 
  • Identify and create advertising opportunities across digital platforms, print publications, and community partnerships with organizations like Chambers of Commerce and professional associations. 
  • Leverage analytics to refine targeting and increase campaign ROI. 

 

Channel Management and Optimization 

  • Maintain and update the Aspire website, with assistance of vendor, to ensure a seamless user experience. 
  • Enhance website visibility and traffic through SEO and paid search strategies. 
  • Oversee email marketing efforts, including segmentation and automation. 
  • Manage CRM systems to deliver personalized, targeted messaging. 

 

Partnerships & Sponsorships 

  • Identify and secure sponsorship/advertising opportunities at relevant conferences, industry events, or industry partnerships based on organizational priorities. 
  • Work closely with applicable internal/external parties to ensure that Aspire’s brand is represented effectively. 

 

Reputation Management 

  • Monitor and manage Aspire’s presence on platforms like Google Business, Indeed, and Glassdoor. 
  • Work with People & Culture team to solicit new reviews from tenured employees. 
  • Respond to reviews and feedback to maintain and enhance the organization’s online reputation. 

 

Performance Tracking 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future strategies. 

 

  • Cultivate a positive and productive workplace atmosphere to enhance team morale and productivity. 
  • Participate in and complete training sessions as delegated by management to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. 
  • Conduct training as required and assigned.  
  • Perform any additional job responsibilities assigned by supervisors or team leaders to support the organization's smooth operation. 
  • Accept reassignment as required. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and paid advertising. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Analytics) is strongly preferred. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple takes with interweaving schedules. 
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Must have satisfactory background checks  
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record


Working Conditions:


• This position operates in a professional office environment.
• Some infrequent day and/or overnight travel possible.
• Some holiday work required to meet operational needs.

Pay $75,000-85,000/YR
