Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Program Director at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in developmental supervision of employees to effectively work with individuals supported within various programs.  The Program Director provides administrative management and engages a high-quality workforce. The Program Director is responsible for programmatic and operational oversight and developmental supervision. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams and championing internal and external partnerships. 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 or more years’ experience in human services with at least 2 years’ experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of human services programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
  • Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices
  • Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
  • Must have demonstrated computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary
  • Ability to provide on-call support
  • Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
