You will be responsible for aligning multiple teams and stakeholders, work closely with designers, engineers, marketing, and customer success and more to deliver value to our customers and business.

As Product Managers, we are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle - from discovery to feature definition and prioritization, product messaging, go-to-market strategies. We are also responsible to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market and technical and business outcomes, communicating goals and KPIs, and desired outcomes. You have a proven track record of product management, experience driving strategy, and influencing executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, is technically minded, and loves to dive below the surface to identify the root cause and help drive a path forward.

The role will report directly to the SVP of Product and Design.

What you'll be working on:

  • Define the product direction and strategy for product areas you own
  • Understand our customers, our products, and our competitors to identify needs & opportunities to advance our product and innovation.
  • Lead your product team to design, build, and launch elegant features that solve customer problems.
  • Own the end to end customer experience and be a constant bar raiser for improving and delivering excellent product solutions.
  • Define clear product metrics and set ambitious targets for your team.
  • Closely collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to understand their needs and to ensure that your roadmap is addressing customer needs.

What we're looking for: (Job Requirements/Must have)

  • 3+ years experience in a Product Manager role at SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated ability to define a user-centric long-term strategy supported by clear tactics and milestones
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility  - a keen sense of design and bar for high quality UX and the impact it can have on customer outcomes.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once and ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work.
  • An empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-starter; someone who can roll up their sleeves and solve problems on their own initiative.
  • A data driven product manager who understands the right questions to ask and figures a path to get objective data to understand and inform the decisions we make.

Bonus Points:

  • Work in a DTC (Direct to Consumer) experience or marketplace solutions would be a bonus - but not required.

  • Health, Dental & Vision
  • Unlimited PTO - Refuel and rest with our unlimited paid time-off policy.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
