  • Partner across go-to-market, product, and customer functions to improve visibility into performance, retention, and revenue predictability.
  • Own company-wide revenue and operational forecasting, incorporating SaaS metrics and activity-level performance data (e.g., pipeline activity, product usage, client delivery metrics) to link daily execution with financial outcomes.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Operations

  • Own the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts in partnership with business leaders, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Oversee working capital management and cash flow forecasting to maintain financial visibility and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, maintaining accuracy and integrity across all reporting.

Financial Reporting, Metrics, Insights & Business Impact

  • Build scalable systems and reporting frameworks that deliver clear visibility into budgets, forecasts, and key financial indicators.
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights that guide prioritization, trade-offs, and strategic decisions.
  • Act as a communication hub, equipping teams with the financial visibility they need to make effective decisions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess company health, efficiency, and growth drivers.
  • Maintain awareness of key performance trends and market dynamics influencing business results.
  • Use data-driven insights to connect operational activity to financial outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including ownership of Finance and Financial Operations.
  • Proven success in high-growth SaaS or technology environments, ideally through rapid scale or new-market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and operational performance drivers.
  • Expert-level financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental Accounting concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in fundraising and investor relations preferred.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce a plus; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
