Senior Program Management Analyst

Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst supporting our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA.

This position provides 80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays.  Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

  • Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences.
The salary for this position is $120,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.

Responsibilities Include:

The Senior Program Management Analyst will provide project and program management support using recognized project and process-improvement practices; analyze and organize information for leadership; support change control, governance, metrics, and reporting; support onboarding and offboarding processes; provide training and knowledge transfer; coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, taskers, and executive reporting; support AT events and personnel processes; and prepare monthly progress, status, and management reporting.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

 

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • A Master’s degree OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or supporting complex projects
  • 5 years of experience supporting project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting
  • Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
  • Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

 

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)

 

 

Onsite Position Requirements - This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility. The employee must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:

  • Perform the essential duties of the position using government/customer-furnished computers, systems, equipment, and approved peripherals.
  • Access, review, enter, and communicate information through required customer systems and applications.
