FP&A Senior Analyst
We are seeking an FP&A Finance Manager to be a leader within a best-in-class finance function and oversee financial planning and analysis processes to ensure timely delivery of financial and operational information to all key internal and external stakeholders. The Finance Manager will report directly to the SVP of Financial, Planning & Analysis and will lead a team of financial analysts to partner with departmental senior business leaders to set financial goals, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure financial compliance with budgets and forecasts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial models, dashboards, and reports that support business decision-making and enhance financial visibility for key departments.
• Oversee the development of business unit and departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with long-term growth goals and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand financial needs, drive performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Perform advanced margin analysis by department, function, and location to support timely leadership decision-making.
• Lead financial reviews and present key financial insights to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within the finance function.
• Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives and company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools (such as NetSuite), and BI/database tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex financial information to senior management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement financial best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
