Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Asset Living recruiting team and partner with Community and Regional Managers across all Asset Living divisions. In this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will manage key administrative tasks that keep the hiring process running smoothly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system.
- Solution inquiries through the Talent Acquisition Fresh Service ticketing system
- Generate weekly & monthly reports for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Write and maintain job descriptions.
- Assist with screening and onboarding of new hires as needed.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team to address reputation management on specific job boards.
- Manage candidate emails and voicemails, forwarding them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
- Assist Talent Acquisition leaders in presentation preparation.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build relationships with Community and Regional Managers
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high – volume recruiting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking system experience preferred
