Corporate Recruiter
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for creating, implementing & delivering a customer-centric experience thru recruiting strategies when leading interactions with external and internal clients by consistently exceeding expectations while effectively meeting hiring demands in the recruitment of caliber talent for Asset Living and our clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying new and valuable sources for qualified candidates, filling open positions with those candidates, and identifying and developing a pool of candidates for future opportunities. Must be able to cultivate strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the Corporate Team to understand client requirements for current and potentially open positions fully.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for our corporate hiring needs
- Build and cultivate relationships with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor to influence talent strategy and iterate on existing processes when needed
- Develop and implement creative strategies for proactive recruiting and pipelining of talent
- Prioritize recruiting for a diverse talent pool within a challenging and competitive talent marketplace
- Contribute to various projects and initiatives to streamline best practices and elevate our Talent Acquisition efforts
- Provide input to Corporate Recruiting leaders to build metrics and ensure Talent Acquisition team exceeds hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate experience satisfaction
- Oversee data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
- Effectively work with an ecosystem of team members, including the business, HR, FP&A, and TA programs
- Champion a data-driven recruiting approach, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive sponsorship for critical initiatives
- Partner with Marketing on employment brand initiatives to expand reach and awareness of Asset Living Corporate opportunities
Education & Experience
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with leaders across a variety of functions
- Proven ability to achieve results within a fast-moving and sometimes changing environment
- Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting processes
- Proficiency with computer platforms and recruiting applications (ATS, CRM, etc.)
- Greenhouse experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
