Sourcing Excellence, Compliance and Process Enablement Lead
Asset Living is seeking a highly skilled and process-oriented Principle to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class sourcing methodologies, tools, and performance tracking systems. This role will be instrumental in building the foundation for strategic sourcing and category management across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the strategic sourcing process, procurement benefits measurement, and sourcing template development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the strategic sourcing process across all procurement categories.
- Develop and maintain standardized sourcing templates, including, but not limited to, RFIs, RFPs, bid analysis tools, and supplier scorecards.
- Establish and manage a procurement benefits tracking framework, including savings methodologies, benefit validation, and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with Category Managers and business stakeholders to embed sourcing best practices into daily operations.
- Establish and manage the governance foundation for preferred supplier programs, pricing compliance, and contract adherence.
- Lead the engagement with Operational Divisions to track, report and communicate preferred supplier relationships and compliance.
- Lead training and capability-building initiatives to elevate procurement maturity across the organization.
- Support procurement technology enablement, including e-sourcing platforms and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to ensure Asset Living remains at the forefront of procurement excellence.
- Support the CPO in the development of governance routines (monthly business reviews, savings audits, compliance reporting).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or procurement operations, with a focus on process design and enablement.
- Proven experience implementing the strategic sourcing process in a complex, multi-category environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with benefits tracking and procurement performance measurement.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
