Contracts Manager, Part-time Contract

The Contracts team drives effective and efficient business operations by managing contract negotiations and implementation processes that are essential to supporting our sales organization. We collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure contracts meet company policies and customer expectations while minimizing risk. Additionally, we are leading the implementation and ongoing operation of a new Contract Management tool, enhancing our capabilities in contract lifecycle management. By fostering clear communication and streamlined processes, our team plays a critical role in enabling successful customer partnerships and business growth.
As a Contract Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing the contract negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and providing insights into legal and compliance considerations. You will also contribute to a transformative project by supporting the implementation and operation of a new Contract Management tool, helping to streamline workflows and improve contract lifecycle management. This is a unique opportunity to combine your contract management expertise with process improvement skills to deliver impactful results. Who You Are:
- The ideal candidate is an experienced contract management or paralegal professional with a minimum of three years of experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts, preferably in a customer-facing sales environment.
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- You bring a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and excel at communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Your familiarity with implementing or working with Contract Management tools is a plus, as you will support the rollout and ongoing use of a new system.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred. Your problem-solving skills and proactive mindset will make you an essential contributor to our team’s success.
