What's the Opportunity:

 

As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a technically strong Salesforce Developer who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and driving systems that directly fuel our growth. 

Development & Configuration 

  • Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, and LWC (where applicable). 
  • Consolidate and optimize legacy automations into clean, efficient flows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL. 
  • Develop logic to automate renewal opportunity creation, subscription flow enforcement, and other key lifecycle events. 
  • Write well-documented, unit-tested Apex classes and triggers, including async jobs, platform events, and metadata-driven logic. 
  • Support ongoing documentation and improvements to Field Service Lightning (FSL) workflows. 

CPQ & Pricing Logic 

  • Configure and maintain Nue CPQ bundles, pricing models, approval rules, and discount logic. 
  • Partner with the vendor to enforce scalable plan structures and quote validation. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CPQ setup supports evolving GTM motions and entitlement logic. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with the Salesforce Admin to support and troubleshoot day-to-day requests across Sales, CS, and Marketing. 
  • Work with RevOps, Product, and CS stakeholders to prioritize tickets, document logic, and validate acceptance criteria. 
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives in a 2-week sprint cadence. 
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Architecture Manager to align tactical work with long-term system architecture. 

Integration & Automation 

  • Maintain and enhance integrations between Salesforce and Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense, HubSpot, and internal tools. 
  • Support API-based and no-code integrations using tools like Zapier, Boomi, or other middleware platforms. 
  • Troubleshoot and enhance sync logic, helping to improve data flow and reliability across systems. 

Data Governance & Reporting 

  • Implement logic to accurately reflect CARR and subscription revenue across opportunity lifecycle stages. 
  • Support the development of onboarding ramp dashboards and CARR pipeline/booking views by building reusable backend logic. 
  • Enforce account ownership and territory assignment rules across Sales and CS using flows, automation, and validation rules. 
  • Maintain strong data quality through required field logic, data validation, and user-friendly processes. 

AI Readiness 

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in learning and contributing to projects that may leverage AI for Salesforce automation and operational efficiency. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and ideally FSL. 
  • Proven experience writing clean, scalable Apex code, including triggers, batch jobs, and error handling. 
  • Strong understanding of Flows and modern declarative automation best practices. 
  • Hands-on experience with Nue CPQ, including pricing rules, bundles, approvals, and quote logic. 
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing integrations with third-party platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. 
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Boomi, or equivalent integration platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of subscription automation, entitlement concepts, and reporting logic tied to opportunity lifecycle. 
  • Comfortable using DevOps tools like copado, Gearset or Change Sets for deployments. 
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist) are a plus but not required. 
  • Strong communicator—able to translate technical needs into business impact and vice versa.
