What's the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive and support key initiatives across our high-velocity Revenue Organization, with a strong emphasis on new hire onboarding. While onboarding a dynamic group of sales professionals with speed and effectiveness will be your core focus, we’re looking for someone excited to operate as a generalist—someone who is energized by building onboarding but equally comfortable flexing into ongoing enablement needs as the business evolves. This role will play a pivotal part in broader enablement initiatives, including tech stack adoption, AI-skill development, sales productivity, and everboarding programs. This is a cross-functional role that supports scalable, impactful enablement across the go-to-market team. 

This role is a critical part of our Revenue Enablement function and provides a unique opportunity to shape and influence the success of new and current team members across AssetWatch’s rapidly expanding sales organization.  

  • Own, update, and support the Sales onboarding program and promotion pathing creating a structured, engaging, and measurable program to guide new hires through the early stages of their careers at AssetWatch. 
  • Provide Support for ongoing enablement initiatives by developing programs and delivering training on sales methodologies, process, and tech stack usage, ensuring team members are equipped to reach their targets. 
  • Assist with tracking of key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on sales productivity and performance 
  • Support onboarding program development and execution for additional Revenue Organization roles, working closely with the Sales Enablement Manager and other leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure consistency and alignment across departments. 
  • Facilitate blended learning experiences including online modules, virtual live sessions, and practice workshops to improve ramp time and support team members in developing key skills. 
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address those gaps. 
  • Collaborate on resources like Sales Playbooks, content, and multimedia materials to support ongoing learning and career growth within the team. 
  • Improve ramp time through a blend of training on sales methodologies, processes, soft skills, tech stack, and product/industry knowledge. 
  • Monitor sales performance by listening to recorded/live calls and documenting sales process usage for future coaching opportunities. 
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs, ensuring continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills; can lead and facilitate individual and group presentations with ease 
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a quota-carrying role such as a BDR, SDR, Account Executive or Account Manager.  
  • A passion for coaching and a commitment to helping sales team members grow and reach their potential. 
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, startup, or scaling sales environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of training methods and types including real-world simulations, micro-learning, and active recall. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar platforms. 
  • Ability to develop engaging training materials from scratch, including writing effective copy and developing video/audio materials. 
  • Experience in the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry.
