We are a devoted and capable team that includes world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal – To build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking people to help lead the journey.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AssetWatch’s AI native platform and define what best-in-class industrial UX looks like. You’ll combine systems thinking, creativity, and technical fluency to design elegant solutions for complex problems—translating data-rich workflows into intuitive, insight-driven experiences. Working closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into scalable designs that drive measurable impact across web and mobile. Your work will set the standard for usability, consistency, and design excellence.

What's the Opportunity:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to pixel-perfect execution, to create exceptional user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
  • Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions that elevate user experiences across mobile and web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go to market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements.
  • Accelerate cross functional POD success: Engage in agile ceremonies across R&D and customer PODs to rapidly design and iterate world class solutions.
  • Rapidly sketch, mockup and create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into your design approach across information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and UI design.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the design team.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive designer who explores multiple solutions, tests quickly, and brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction
  • Have a strong eye for detail and enjoy sweating the small stuff
  • Make smart trade-offs between design ambition and delivery speed
  • A strategic systems thinker and team player who can translate complexity into clarity and precision
  • An expert in user-centered design, interaction patterns, information architecture, and responsive web design for enterprise software
  • An insatiable learner, fluent in modern design tools and AI assisted design workflows (e.g., Figma, Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable etc.)
  • Able to guide design system thinking and implementation.
  • Passionate about data-rich, insight-driven design and confidence with synthesizing design impact to leadership
  • Experienced designer of AI products, dashboards, workflows, and analytics UX
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in AI, IoT, and reliability services
  • A proactive, thoughtful communicator who invites feedback and encourages collaboration

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing captivating user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • 5 - 7+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a track record of delivering innovative and successful design solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS, platform products, or data visualization-heavy experiences
  • Active collaborator with developers to implement designs, with a working knowledge of front-end development principles.
  • Mastery of design systems, usability testing, accessibility principles, and user research methodologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design-related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience partnering with augmented/outsourced design teams and rapid assimilation of designs and design systems.
  • Prior work with IoT platforms, industrial UX, or asset management tools is a strong plus
  • Startup experience is a plus

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
