What’s the Opportunity

AssetWatch serves global manufacturers by powering manufacturing uptime through an unparalleled condition monitoring experience. We are a team of world-renowned engineers and distinguished business leaders united by a common goal: to build the future of predictive maintenance. As we enter our next phase of rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Partner who operates as a true strategic partner to the business, not just someone who fills seats.

This is a senior, hands-on, full-cycle talent acquisition role with real ownership across U.S. hiring, spanning Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and GTM functions. You will manage roughly 8-12 active roles at any given time, support approximately 100 hires this year, and help shape how we hire by improving our systems, processes, and hiring manager capability. If you thrive in lean, high-growth environments and want to leave things meaningfully better than you found them, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  •       8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with ownership across multiple functions
  •       Experience recruiting engineering and product talent, with the ability to quickly understand technical roles
  •       Demonstrated Greenhouse expertise: configuration, workflow design, scorecard/template building, data hygiene, and auditing existing instances
  •       2+ years of HR/People Operations experience or strong strategic partnership exposure
  •       Experience at a high-growth startup or Series B/C company
  •       Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, not just execute on requests
  •       Exposure to headcount planning, compensation frameworks, or workforce strategy
  •       Strong data fluency: uses pipeline metrics to drive decisions and tell the story of hiring health
  •       Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging recruiting technology, with active experimentation and a drive to keep evolving
  •       Low ego, high standards, and genuine excitement about building something

Recruiting Execution

  •       Execute full-cycle recruiting with urgency and rigor, from intake through close, ensuring a high-quality, well-calibrated process at every step
  •       Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, leveling, and expectations before a req opens
  •       Use pipeline data to manage health, diagnose what's working, and adjust sourcing strategies in real time
  •       Provide clear, proactive communication on hiring progress across all stakeholders

Business Partnership & Hiring Manager Enablement

  •       Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, connecting hiring decisions to business outcomes, not just headcount targets
  •       Participate in workforce planning conversations and bring a senior point of view on talent strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent
  •       Coach and train hiring managers on structured interviewing, calibration, and fair evaluation
  •       Surface market signal proactively (compensation, leveling, candidate sentiment) and bring it to the right conversations

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  •       Represent AssetWatch authentically in the market. You know our story, our culture, and why this moment is compelling
  •       Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, ensuring AssetWatch shows up well at every step
  •       Bring intentionality to how AssetWatch is represented. Every candidate interaction reflects who we are as a company

Recruiting Operations & Greenhouse

  •       Serve as a Greenhouse expert: audit configurations, build structured templates and scorecards, and ensure data integrity
  •       Partner with the Head of Talent to identify and execute operational improvements that improve recruiter efficiency and hiring manager experience
  •       Document process changes clearly so improvements are adopted and sustained team-wide

Preferred Qualifications

  •       Experience with global hiring, particularly in Canada, Mexico, and/or the EU, is a plus as we explore expansion into these regions
  •       Familiarity with interview intelligence tools (e.g., Metaview) and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  •       Background in employer branding or candidate experience initiatives
  •       Experience with compensation band calibration across multiple functions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
