Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in business operations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Propose and implement automation solutions where applicable.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to management. Recommend corrective actions and strategic adjustments based on data analysis.
- Technology Integration: Support the integration and utilization of new technologies and tools within business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing operational capabilities.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects aimed at improving business operations. Coordinate with various departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within operational processes and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA with a concentration in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R), business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Experience or coursework in project management is a plus, with an understanding of Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain management, operations analysis, or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement frameworks.
- Prior internships or work experience in business operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Understanding of advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
