Content Vertical Responsibilities

  • Build a robust pipeline of engaging content per product line per quarter and ensure timely delivery to the plan
  • Create a content strategy framework and pipeline for annual, quarterly and monthly plans
  • Ensure the content strategy is informed by the 7 audience types we speak to
  • Implementing the content strategy – including, managing the content team, monitoring the performance of all content, and identifying ways to improve the performance and growth of the content strategy
  • Managing and mentoring the in-house and outsourced content team – including writers, videographers, and designers
  • Working with cross-functional teams like PLM, HR, Apps, and others to develop new content ideas and build fresh content
  • Tracking engagement levels of all content and ensuring the latest SEO techniques are implemented
  • Producing performance reports to help track performance and using analytics to drive strategic change in how we build and execute on the content strategy
  • Content programs will span website, presentations for exec/team speaking engagements, whitepapers, blogs, social media, newsletters, app notes, webinars, infographics, etc

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with expert level command of the English language
  • Experience with technical writing – knowledge and grounding in AI space, knowledge of semiconductor concepts is an added plus
  • 10+ years of experience producing and editing content
  • 4+ years of managing a team (in-house and outsourced)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in using content management systems (such as WordPress)
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn
  • A portfolio of original content that has achieved measurable results
  • Great interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
