Astrica’s Solution Architects leverage their deep platform expertise to design roadmaps, educate, and influence prospective customers on the value of Astrica’s solutions. Along with our Sales Team, Solution Architects build relationships and present the ServiceNow platform vision in order to position the credibility of Astrica to customers. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Design the art of the possible! Educate, guide, inspire and influence prospective customers on what is possible in ServiceNow
  • Sell with a stellar team! Partner with the sales organization in the qualification of customer needs through discovery and serve as an active participant in the sales lifecycle as we acquire strategic customers
  • Be a thought leader! Serve as a visionary and a platform evangelist demonstrating the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers
  • Inspire! Help clients get excited about how a transformation can impact their business
  • Consult! Advise on business process and service management best practices
  • Prepare the vision! Scope and develop proposals with pricing
  • Be the face! Represent Astrica at industry events like user conferences, trade shows, webinars, and marketing events
  • Build a community! Forge strong relationships within the ServiceNow organization and community to collaboratively serve the needs of current or potential clients
  • Grow greatness! Help build out internal Pre-Sales best practices
  • Remote position- travel to meet with customers and prospects (40%)

What you’ve done: 

  • Deep and broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (5+ years)
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales and/or experience in implementing ServiceNow and/or being the platform owner for a customer
  • ServiceNow Sys Admin certification, plus the SOLVE accreditation
  • Experience working in a consultative environment where listening and collaboration are key
  • Ability to take ambiguous requirements, construct and present a technically sound solution
  • Persuasive ability to paint a vision and inspire others to that vision
  • Strong sense of urgency and deadline-orientation
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated professional who is accountable for owning things end-to-end
  • Exceptional presentation and articulation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills
  • Service Management industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience with scoping and proposal development (preferred)
