ServiceNow Engagement Manager

 

Astrica ServiceNow Engagement Managers bring their deep experience delivering large digital transformation projects to enterprise clients with our highly-skilled consulting team. You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time - all while keeping our client satisfaction rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem. 

 

You will be a key driver in managing project teams throughout the intricate project roadmap to ultimately solve our client’s digital transformation goals. Our Engagement Management team has ample opportunity for growth and strong emphasis on continual improvement.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead the Team! Lead, encourage, and inspire project teams while eliminating barriers to success. 
  • Steer the Ship! Update project plan and participate in grooming and sprint planning. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and governance, and minimize variance while upholding Astrica RACI and methodology. 
  • Raise the Bar! Responsible for Project team performance, resource and forecast management, including project status and timecard reporting.
  • Advocate for best practices! Advise on all things business process related to the ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Win with us! Support sales efforts by listening for and understanding the client's needs.  Work with the team to facilitate scoping and change order process while safeguarding CSAT throughout project lifecycle. 

 

What you bring: 

  • 6+ years of project management experience leading large, transformative engagements, managing with Agile, SAFe and/or SCRUM frameworks. 
  • 10+ years of related client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Confidence in shepherding project teams through a proven methodology to successful delivery. 
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, proactive disposition and a team player mentality. 
  • Demonstrable delivery experience with project financial management and high client satisfaction ratings. 
  • Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology, leading sprint planning/retros, driving team progress against forecasted project plans, and sequencing development logically in a virtual environment.
  • A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.
  • A calm, adaptable, and driven approach to both client engagements and internal efforts/teams.
  • A love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and adaptive environment with smart and fun people.

 

Extra Awesome: 

  • Experience successfully delivering complex ServiceNow implementations. 
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). 
  • Certified Scrum Master or PMP certified. 
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals certification in one or more modules of the platform

Compensation:

Astrica is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $140,000. - $183,000 plus opportunities to earn bonus.
