Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.

Astro Pak is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support our Regional Sales Team and help manage our growing sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, relationship building, and keeping deals moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll partner closely with Sales Managers, Estimators, and customers to track opportunities, follow up on quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Track opportunities and customer activity after the lead stage
  • Follow up with clients on quotes, bids, inquiries, and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking

Customer & Sales Team Support

  • Partner with Sales Managers and Estimators to move opportunities forward
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure strong engagement
  • Help coordinate next steps between internal teams and clients

Sales Operations

  • Manage multiple opportunities and priorities while staying focused on sales goals
  • Support special projects related to export-controlled work
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Industry Engagement

  • Travel to key trade shows and industry events
  • Represent Astro Pak and support business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Technical or industrial sales
  • Mechanical drawings or technical documentation
  • Pharmaceutical, water systems, or highly regulated industries

Travel requirement: Up to 10% travel for trade shows and industry events
