Senior Operations Coordinator
Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our location running smoothly day to day. You’ll serve as the go-to support for administrative and operational needs—helping teams stay organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most. This role is based onsite at our Ontario, CA facility, Monday–Friday, and supports our Data Center Division.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll support a wide range of operational and administrative activities, including:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail and freight
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls
- Monitor and restock uniforms, safety supplies, office equipment, and chemicals
- Coordinate cost-effective travel arrangements and scheduling
- Maintain accurate per diem logs
- Review and correct timesheets for non-exempt employees
- Track and maintain department information in internal systems and databases
- Assist in coordinating technical training as needed
- Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives
- Follow all safety policies and promptly report unsafe conditions
- Build positive working relationships across the company
- Contribute to team and company goals through proactive collaboration

- Perform other duties as assigned—no two days are exactly the same
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of administrative or operations support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 6+ years with an associate’s degree, 8+ years with a high school diploma)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with a strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to work overtime (10–20%), including occasional weekends and holidays

- The pay for this position has a base hourly pay rate of $27-$30. The actual pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
