The Product Operations Analyst at AstroPay monitors payment operations, supports internal teams with escalations, and optimizes processes to improve efficiency. They ensure funds are available in PSP accounts, track performance metrics, and assist with process improvements to enhance team delivery.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:


  • Payment   Method   Monitoring:   Monitor   operations   related   tools   and   performance
    indicators.
  • Support for Internal Teams: Provide support to other teams as an escalation point for
    issues and give insight into processes implementation and payment solutions specifics.
  • Process   Optimization:   Assist   on   defining,   strengthening   and   optimizing   operational
    processes that will improve the team’s ability to deliver.
  • Funds Monitoring: Keep track of account balances for payouts and ensure funds are
    available in PSP accounts as needed. Report any funding concerns to team members or
    finance.

    audiences.
  • Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
  • Background   working   with   databases/APIs.  Experience   on   data   analysis   and
    reporting/visualization tools. (Not required but highly valued)
