We’re hiring a Growth Engineer who loves backend challenges and has a growth mindset hardwired.
This isn’t about core product features. It’s about building the engine behind how we grow—systems that power acquisition, automation, analytics, and scale.
You’ll be the technical glue across marketing, product, CRM, and data. Connecting tools. Unblocking experiments. Speeding up execution. Think: one foot in code, one in strategy.
You’ll work with a tight crew—data engineers, CRM leads, product minds, and affiliates. Your job? Wire things together, make systems talk, and ship what drives growth.
If you're a backend engineer who thinks in growth loops, not just endpoints—let's talk.
Responsibilities
📱 Growth Tech: SDKs, CRM, and System Glue
- Implement and maintain SDKs and integrations across web/mobile to power deep linking, attribution, and install tracking.
- Connect backend systems with tools like Firebase, Braze, TikTok Ads, Branch, and more—seamlessly and at scale.
📊 Events, Attribution, and Data That Doesn’t Lie
- Build and maintain reliable event pipelines into analytics and CRM—clean, traceable, actionable.
- Own attribution accuracy with multi-touch models, deep linking, and bulletproof data quality.
⚙️ Automation, Triggers, and Ops Speed
- Automate workflows across Growth, Affiliates, and Design—eliminate the manual, boost execution.
- Wire up APIs and SDKs to unlock geo-targeting, campaign triggers, and performance ops.
What we are looking for:
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in backend engineering—you ship fast, clean, and know how to plug systems together.
- Solid in backend code (Java a plus) and fluent in REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks for growth tools.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, TikTok/Meta Ads APIs, Google Analytics, Braze, or similar CRMs.
- You understand attribution—UTMs, install referrers, cross-device identity, and how to track what matters.
- You're cross-functional by default—comfortable syncing with marketers, analysts, and designers.
Bonus Points
- Experience with geofencing logic or triggered campaigns by location—nice.
- Experience with Webflow, headless CMS, or landing page operations.
- Familiarity with responsive UI or have worked closely with creative teams.
