As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales strategy — identifying high-potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and opening doors to impactful partnerships in key global markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real difference.

Role Description:
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and helping grow AstroPay’s presence in the fintech, cross-border remittance, payroll and related segments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is hungry to learn and grow. You'll play a critical role in our outbound sales strategy, engaging directly with potential clients and supporting our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn to identify new leads.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Qualify outbound leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progress through the funnel.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Contribute feedback from market conversations to help shape messaging and strategy.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Fluent in English and desirable Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator) .
- Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for tech, payments, and making an impact in high-growth environments.
