
Hardware Project Coordinator
The Hardware Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Atari’s Hardware team by coordinating multiple projects, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. This person will be responsible for advancing project plans, tracking progress, and assisting in project pivots as needed. Ideal candidates will have a passion for gaming, experience with physical product delivery, and an understanding of the unique challenges involved in bringing physical products to market. They should be comfortable with changing priorities, shifting project scopes, and managing the complexities that come with inventory, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring all steps are documented, tracked, and advanced as needed.
- Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Use Asana, Jira, and other tools to maintain timelines, track tasks, and adjust plans when priorities shift.
- Actively manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle context switching efficiently.
- Support the Hardware team in making informed decisions by providing up-to-date project statuses and identifying potential risks.
- Consider additional layers involved in physical product delivery, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Protect sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a focus on physical product delivery.
- Familiarity with the considerations required for delivering physical products, such as inventory management, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective project documentation and presentations.
- Proficiency in Asana, Jira, or other project management tools; proficient in spreadsheets.
- Ability to create polished decks for a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
- Experience in the gaming industry, ideally involving hardware projects

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience
