
Sr. Creative Designer, Digital Marketing Campaigns [US]
We are seeking a Creative Designer to concept, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of Atari products and initiatives. This will include physical game releases, digital games, hardware, and licensing programs.
In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing, Licensing, and Publishing teams, as well as our creative production partners, to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. You will focus primarily on ad campaigns and paid social, bringing both creative design skills and a strategic marketing mindset to the work.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Designer with a background in advertising and agency work and a strong understanding of how to build visual campaigns that connect with today’s pop culture and gaming audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and design digital marketing campaigns across paid social, video, display, email, and other key channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing leads and game teams to develop compelling creative that supports overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.
- Work with copywriters and strategists to build integrated campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
- Produce master visual campaign assets and adapt them across various formats and platforms.
- Manage end-to-end digital production workflows in partnership with internal and external production teams.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines while exploring new visual approaches that resonate with Atari’s audience and fans.
- Stay current on industry trends and bring new ideas to the team.
- Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with Marketing, Social, Licensing, and Game partners.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a minimum of 5+ years in advertising, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, ad design, and paid social work.
- Proven experience designing for direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); familiarity with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Experience working with copywriters and strategists to develop cohesive creative campaigns.
- Ability to manage digital production workflows and collaborate with distributed production teams.
- Excellent visual and conceptual design skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communicator, with the ability to present and explain creative ideas clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Thrives in a remote-first, cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in video games, pop culture, and retro fandoms is required.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
