We believe InsurSec (combining insurance and security for better end-to-end prevention and protection) is an $80B market opportunity and we are excited to add a Field Marketing Manager role to our team to help communicate the value of InsurSec to brokers. 

 

About the Team

At-Bay’s Insurance Marketing Team is focused on building our brand with brokers, communicating our innovative InsurSec approach, and helping drive new business growth. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that combines creativity and strategy to tell At-Bay’s story, strengthen broker relationships, and deliver measurable business impact. 

 

Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive broker engagement and support business growth through field events, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives that showcase the value we deliver to brokers and their clients. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make an impact. This role reports to the Director of Insurance Marketing and works closely with the entire go-to-market team.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person broker events, including At-Bay-hosted events, industry conferences, and tradeshows 
    • Manage all event logistics end-to-end; venue selection, contract negotiation, catering, AV, speakers, branding, and onsite experience
    • Build and manage event budgets, ensuring high-quality experiences that stay within budget and meet goals
    • Oversee onsite execution and troubleshoot potential issues that arise 
  • Manage virtual broker events and webinar programs from ideation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on event strategy and secure buy-in
  • Own event (in-person and virtual) promotion, including drafting copy, building campaigns in HubSpot, and creating supporting graphics in Canva (in collaboration with our design team as needed)
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies in collaboration with underwriting and sales, equipping the team with tools, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with brokers
  • Own broker gifting programs from strategy through fulfillment, including ideation, sourcing, and vendor management
  • Manage all insurance-related social media, in partnership with social media manager

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-10 years of B2B field or channel marketing, preferably within insurance or cybersecurity
  • Proven success planning and executing successful events, tradeshows, or conferences 
  • Excellent project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and securing stakeholder alignment
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Iterable, Marketo, Eloqua) and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, JIRA)
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills – samples welcome
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to influence strategy and decision making
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and gifting software (e.g. Sendoso, Reachdesk) is a plus
  • Ability to report on a hybrid basis (3x per week in our NYC office)
  • Ability to travel for in-person events as needed (up to 30% of time)

 

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
