The things you do:

• Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and results
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and teammates
• Drive leasing success and community performance
• Keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with laws and regulations
• Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and warmth

 

For success in this role, you need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a property manager, preferably in multifamily housing
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations
• A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Confidence using technology and property management software
• A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
• The ability to multi-task, lead, delegate, and motivate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and a drive for results

 

Preferred (but not required):

• CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional) certification
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and compliance
• Yardi or similar property management software experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

 

Our normal work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with early exit on Friday!).

(Some weekend availability may be needed from time to time depending on property needs.)
