Description:
The Intern, Sales & Service will support the Premium Sales, Premium Service, and Ticket Sales teams with day-to-day administrative, event-based, and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in client relations and brand management. This role contributes to a wide range of responsibilities, including event logistics, front-desk hospitality, and general facility operations. The intern will collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams to coordinate client tours, manage brand inventory, and help deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for guests and prospective partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of sales initiatives, including event setup, client engagement, and coordination of promotional activations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at the front desk of the A’s Ballpark Experience Center, delivering a high level of hospitality while shadowing professional tours for clients and prospective partners.
- Maintain the A’s Ballpark Experience Center to premium standards, ensuring a best-in-class environment for all visitors.
- Coordinate client visit logistics, supporting scheduling and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from arrival through departure.
- Assist with administrative and operational functions, including office coordination, supply management, and internal logistics.
- Manage organization and inventory of client gifting and branded assets, supporting the Service team in maintaining efficient, presentation-ready spaces.
- Contribute to the development and execution of ticket sales strategies and initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Available to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV for the duration of the program (May–August)
- Current college student enrolled in a degree program, or a recent college graduate
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pursuing a degree in a sports related field, or prior experience in Sports Sales & Service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Valid driver’s license with a safe and verifiable driving record
