Looking for meaningful work where you can truly make a difference? Join our team as a Pediatric Personal Attendant and provide one-on-one care to children in their home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and mobility
- Supervise and support children to ensure safety and comfort
- Follow the child’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Observe and report changes in condition or environment
- Communicate respectfully with families and care teams
- Accurately document time and services provided
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Caregiving or personal attendant experience (preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if driving)
- Ability to lift, assist, and support clients
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
