This is a full-time hybrid role as an HR & Learning Manager at ATI Advisory. The HR & Learning Manager will be responsible for making ATI a talent factory, and owns learning and development, culture creation, and HR administrative activities.
A great candidate knows how to run and measure HR, create engaging and useful training and development programs, and has a knack for understanding what makes people tick in a professional services environment. This role is the go-to for all people related matters at ATI. Reporting to the COO, this person will identify issues and raise solutions that range from policy, to programs, to strategies. The role is primarily based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

Job Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain up-to-date state compliance records.
- Manage Performance Management cycles.
- Serve as the go-to person for all HR-related questions and communications.
Recruiting and Candidate Management
- Post jobs and coordinate interviews/scorecards in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop recruiting strategies for open roles.
- Manage hiring and new hire process.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Operations Manager to identify future hiring needs.
Training & People Development
- Identify training needs and create core curriculum for each consultant level.
- Develop and manage the New Employee Onboarding program.
- Manage and enhance the Associate Training Program.
- Create and manage team building and development events (both virtual and in-person).
Strategic Initiatives
- Create culture initiatives that demonstrate core values and mission alignment.
- Identify employee issues and research solutions.
- Conduct workforce planning and budget estimations.
- Create dashboards to track HR KPI’s
Abilities:
- Problem Analysis: Detect problems, recognize important information, and link various data to trace potential causes and look for relevant details.
- Initiative: Expands on initial instructions to create a more valuable solution
- Sensitivity: Pick up on to the attitudes, feelings, or circumstances of others and being aware of the influence of one’s own behavior on them.
- Planning and Organizing: Process detailed information effectively and consistently. To develop quality and effective work products.
- Integrity: Keeps commitments or communicates on why the commitment will not be met
Preferred Experiences:
- 4 – 6 years in HR, consulting, or IO psychology
- HR management, policies, and practices
- Benefits administration and employee relations
- Training development
- Event and training coordination
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Healthcare and/or Consulting a plus
Requirements:
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree from accredited college or university
- Work 2-3 days in the Washington, DC office
- Can work in the US
