ATI Advisory is seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to join our Growth & Innovation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, research, and problem-solving, with opportunities to shape internal initiatives and advise clients across Medicare, Medicaid, and broader healthcare verticals. 

What You’ll Do

Provide Direction & Build Company Assets 

  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Initiatives and executive sponsors to define and drive the ATI’s growth agenda. 
  • Build and maintain market intelligence tools. 
  • Analyze Medicaid and Medicare ecosystems and map supporting services that operationalize healthcare. 
  • Lead market scans, competitive landscape analyses, and opportunity assessment for go-to-market insights. 
  • Map key stakeholders, regulatory and policy drivers, value chain shifts, and growth levers in target markets. 
  • Monitor ongoing market developments, regulatory changes, policy shifts, and competitive moves to keep strategic recommendations timely and relevant. 

Test & Evaluate Market Strategies 

  • Partner with internal teams to support go-to-market strategy, product/solution ideation, and new business development aligned with growth priorities. 
  • Develop recommendations and support implementation planning for new business initiatives, partnerships, offerings, or business models. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal executive teams; lead discussions and workshops as needed. 
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought-leadership pieces, internal strategy sessions, and external presentations. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to translate strategy into action and provide insights which evolve and grow their pipelines. 

Lead & Support Projects 

  • Manage project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and client relationships while ensuring high quality output and alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights, create client-ready presentations, and internal strategic deliverables. 
  • Translate insights, complex regulatory, policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear, actionable strategic insights for client audiences. 
  • Maintain high standards of quality, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate with a sense of urgency and ownership. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles. 
  • Expertise in healthcare (Medicaid and/or Medicare). 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, financial modelling, business case development, and strategic growth planning. 
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Comfortable working with data, developing models, and interpreting insights. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and present to senior leadership or clients. 
  • Confidence working with senior executives and contributing to proposals and thought leadership. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work autonomously and cross-functionally, and drive toward outcomes. 
  • High level of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and growth orientation. 
  • Bachelor’s degree. 

 

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience in consulting engagements with value-based care models, managed care operations, technology and solution partners/vendors, drug reimbursement and pricing policies, or financial services intersecting with healthcare. 
  • MBA or other advanced degree in a business-oriented discipline (such as a Management-focused MPH, MHA, or MS in Health Administration).
