The Role
ATI Advisory is seeking a high-performing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, research, and problem-solving, with opportunities to manage a portfolio of projects in health policy, as well as shape internal project management initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day execution of complex and fast-moving projects in close partnership with project leads, with responsibility for planning, timelines, workflows, and delivery health.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality, and operating with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Establish and maintain clear project plans and workflows, ensuring teams consistently use ATI’s project management tools and standards.
- Own the development of high-quality, audience-ready deliverables including overseeing the work of project team members.
- Manage up, down, and across the project team and plan proactively to anticipate resource needs and meet project timelines, elevating issues with proposed solutions to project leadership.
- Coordinate proposal and RFP development process to ensure submissions are well-organized, polished, and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with leadership to grow and implement ATI’s project management standards, including developing and implementing additional project management best practices and standards.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management roles.
- Experience in health care field (ideally with Medicaid and/or Medicare).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to work efficiently to produce accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and present to senior leadership or clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Ability to solve problems independently, manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly based on client needs, and work with incomplete information.
- High level of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and growth orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with a strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and frameworks.
- MBA, MHA, MPH, MS in Health Administration or other advanced degree in a health- or business-oriented discipline
- Experience working in government contracting, strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles.
