How You Will Make an Impact:
As the Director of Maintenance, you will lead the maintenance and reliability strategy across multiple fixed and mobile plant operations in Kermit and Monahans. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement in asset integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance and reliability programs for multiple facilities, including fixed processing plants, mobile equipment fleets, and infrastructure systems.
• Lead multi-site maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
• Manage capital and operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices and strategic resource allocation.
• Implement KPIs and data-driven performance metrics to monitor equipment health, optimize lifecycle costs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and other regulatory standards across all sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and EHS teams to align maintenance activities with production goals and safety initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of equipment failures.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to support maintenance operations.
• Provide strategic input to senior leadership on asset management, capital planning, and long-term reliability initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-site or large-scale industrial environment.
• Experience in mining, heavy manufacturing, or oil & gas operations strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in maintenance strategy development, reliability engineering, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive performance, and build high-performing teams.
