Position Overview

ATLAS SP is looking for a highly motivated individual within our Vendor Management team responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, tracking third-party relationships, assisting with new contracts and renewals/service changes, managing vendor KPI’s and tracking vendor risk. You will be responsible for coordination among multiple teams to meet expected deadlines, both internally and externally driven. You will work with junior-senior internal stakeholders to relay key vendor information and organize documentation. Additionally, the role will engage in projects and deliveries for continual enhancement of the Vendor Management processes and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • This role is part of the COO division, responsible for maintaining operational flow of the vendor management processes
  • Maintain vendor profiles, including both current and future third-party relationships
  • Ensure timelines for new vendor engagements are aligned with expected deadlines
  • Gain exposure across multiple internal teams while engaging in meaningful collaboration
  • Monitor risk assessments to ensure timely due diligence assessment based on risk tier
  • Provide premier support services to both internal and external stakeholders / vendors
  • Maintain dashboard of current projects in process
  • Function as the liaison between multiple business leads, general counsel and C-Suite executives
  • Create and maintain reports for the Vendor Management team
  • Opportunities to lead various initiatives on streamlining operational capabilities and further create process efficiencies

Qualification and Experience

  • 1-3 years of Vendor Management experience preferred
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating with C-Suite executives
  • Familiarity with legal contracts
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in financial services
  • Possess strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working
  • Demonstrated confidence, maturity, and proactive nature
  • Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
