Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization.
As a Treasury VP at ATLAS SP, you will be responsible for supporting the oversight of forecasting and analysis of balance sheet, funding and liquidity forecast. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources while adhering to internal controls and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior-level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin (“NIM”), and return on equity with reference to the underlying business drivers
- Propose and support initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls
- Propose and support asset allocation optimization efforts – producing reporting and analysis to drive efficiency and support management decision-making processes
- Support ad-hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations
- Establish and run reconciliation processes to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the different structures and for ATLAS SP on a consolidated basis
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles.
- 3+ years’ experience with securitization core lines of business and balance sheet products
- Strong understanding of stress liquidity concepts
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Results oriented without compromising control and detail
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently/ thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment
Base Salary Range
$150,000 - $225,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
