Position Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Business Management & Controls team in a dynamic and strategic capacity. As a Risk Reporting Specialist – Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s risk management landscape through enhanced reporting and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires close partnership with key stakeholders across business lines, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and Maintain Risk Reports:
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of existing risk reports, ensuring they meet the needs of the risk team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure Accuracy: Regularly check reports for accuracy and consistency, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure reports are delivered to key stakeholders on time, meeting all deadlines.
- Real-Time Improvements: Be open to making real-time improvements to reports as needed, based on feedback and changing requirements.
Develop New Risk Reports:
- Collaborate with the risk team and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and create new reports that provide valuable insights into risk metrics and trends.
- Maintain an open, ongoing dialogue with the risk team and other stakeholders to facilitate the rapid generation and deployment of new risk reports.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including risk managers, technology teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment and clarity in reporting.
Automate Reporting Processes through the collaboration with technology teams to streamline reporting processes and migrate well established reports to full automation, enhancing efficiency, reducing manual workload and releasing resources for new reports.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in advanced report generation.
- Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools, a core requirement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights and intuitive data visualizations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter critical to success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with report generation for financial markets risk management valuable but not required.
- Proficiency in other reporting tools such as Tableau, VBA, Python, etc a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
