Overview of the Program
ATLAS SP’s Summer 2026 ASPire Business Management & Operations Internship Program provides rising seniors with an opportunity to join our growing organization and gain exposure to all aspects of ATLAS SP’s business. This 10-week hands-on internship offers direct placement in one of the following Enterprise Solutions teams:
Business Management - Supports the firm’s strategic and operational initiatives. Interns may assist with business analysis, process optimization, and strategic projects, while supporting specific business lines on transaction governance, control-related initiatives, vendor management, and audit support.
Lending Operations & Transformation - Focuses on optimizing and modernizing the firm’s lending platform and processes. Interns may work on data-driven process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational analytics to drive scalability and innovation across loan operations and investment operations.
- Participate in a robust training curriculum led by senior leaders across the firm, complemented by real-time, on-the-job learning opportunities
- Benefit from an integrated support network of mentors, and senior sponsors who provide guidance before, during, and after the program
- Gain direct exposure to our CEO and Executive Management Team through interactive sessions, discussions, and firmwide events
- Opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects, be staffed on several assignments at one time, and present your work directly to senior leadership
- Support business initiatives by monitoring performance, analyzing data, identifying risks, and developing creative, actionable solutions that drive positive outcomes for the firm
- Receive frequent coaching and feedback from the program team and firm leaders to accelerate your professional development and success
Qualification and Experience
- Ability to work on site in New York for 10 weeks during Summer 2026
- Qualified candidates will ideally be pursuing a BA/BS degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited program and must be on track to graduate in either Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- Excellent academic record with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
- Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity

Base Salary Range
$85,000-90,000 (pro-rated based on duration of the summer internship program)
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
