Sales Development Representative

In support of our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. With a strong technical team already in place, great existing customers and a game-changing technology, we are looking for someone that will help us take this unlimited potential to the next level, specializing in our Commerce solution. You will help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast Coveo platform and solutions ensuring that our solutions work successfully during evaluation leading to a positive buying decision. You will deliver winning presentations and be a part of our success!

You’re a natural when it comes to building relationships with decision makers, and translating a highly technical solution in simple business terms. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about technology that keeps his skills up to date on all kinds of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in driving new business acquisition and expansion through the development and execution of pre-sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute compelling demos that show the value of the solution to prospects and customers
  • Support lead generation activities including working with Marketing on asset creation, attending conference and events, presenting on webinars
  • Respond to RFI/RFP requests as well as Security Questionnaires
  • Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and customers to better understand their current state, issues/pain points, ideal future state, KPIs
  • Deliver technical presentations/workshops to address questions prospects and customers have during the sales cycle
  • Manage and executes POCs, including clearly capturing objectives, use cases, resources and timelines.

 

Preferred qualifications required:

  • At least 2 years of experience at a senior level
  • Experience in the field as Presales / Sales Engineer/ Solution Consultant.
  • You may also have moved from Professional Services. You are great at scoping a project and determining key drivers to win a deal Commerce platform expertise with technical and business requirements discovery experience in an ecommerce context. i.e. SAP, Salesforce, Magento
  • Able to find your way through medium to large organizations structure (roles and responsibilities, departments, etc)
  • Solid programming skills (React, JavaScript, Python, HTML) are a must while experience with SAP Hybris would be a big plus
  • Fine with traveling around 30% of the time.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Salary range: AUD 80,000 – 100,000 (per annum)
