About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Workforce Management solutions, with a primary focus on Time & Attendance, Expense Management, and the Employee Lifecycle. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering intuitive, scalable, and compliant features that support global HR operations across multiple employment models—including Employer of Record (EOR).
You will partner closely with engineering, design, HR operations, customer success, and external partners to ensure we deliver a world-class HCM experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Workforce Management capabilities including Time & Attendance, Expense Tracking, and Employee Lifecycle workflows.
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create intuitive, compliant, and reliable user experiences.
- Ensure integration and data consistency across HCM, HRIS, Payroll, and EOR systems.
- Conduct market and user research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure product features meet global labor laws and regulations.
- Define and analyze key metrics to evaluate product success and inform future enhancements.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workforce Management within the broader Core HR product portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or workforce platforms.
- Deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience in HCM, HRIS, and EOR environments.
- Proven track record in building and launching products related to Time & Attendance, Expenses, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of labor compliance, global workforce policies, and HR operational workflows.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track success metrics.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global workforce and compliance management.
- Familiarity with platforms like Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Expensify, Brex or similar.
- Background in SaaS and enterprise B2B product development.
- Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMP) is a plus.
