Position Summary:
As the Principal Product Manager, Payments & Platform, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our global payments infrastructure and core platform capabilities. You’ll drive product innovation in cross-border payroll payments, 3rd party integrations ,and API connectivity. This is a high-impact, strategic role that touches nearly every function at AtlasHXM and is critical to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and their global teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments & Platform domains, aligned with company objectives.
- Drive development of core payment systems including payroll disbursements, multi-currency payouts, Integration, APIs, and compliance features.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to deliver scalable and secure solutions across our global infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., FX providers, banking partners, fraud detection, APIs, 3rd party connectivity).
- Collaborate with GTM teams to support customer needs and deliver high-impact product experiences.
- Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and extensibility of platform services powering the AtlasHXM ecosystem.
- Define and monitor key product KPIs; use data and customer feedback to drive decisions.
- Provide mentorship to other product managers and help shape best practices for the broader Product organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on fintech, payments, or platform products.
- Deep understanding of global payment networks, banking systems, FX, and financial compliance.
- Experience building products for enterprise SaaS or HR tech platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
- Strong analytical skills; experience working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
