We are also committed to making a positive impact. Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance.

If you are interested in working in a people-centric, global organization, apply below.

The GTM Automation Manager is the dual engine behind faster sales productivity and higher‑velocity marketing growth loops. This role reports to the VP, Growth.

You’ll own our n8n + GPT/RAG stack end‑to‑end, shipping bots that (1) return at least 120 seller hours per month and (2) multiply Marketing’s reach-auto‑enriching leads, hyper‑personalizing nurture, and scaling content distribution to drive qualified pipeline and organic engagement.

Your work will be measured in hours saved, leads generated, and traffic lifted, not in lines of code.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Roadmap & Delivery

  • Prioritize and deliver a joint Sales + Marketing automation backlog, weighing seller‑time saved and incremental MQL impact.
  • Own n8n infrastructure-version control, uptime ≥ 99.5 %, logging, rollbacks.
  • Keep idea‑to‑production cycles ≤ 4 weeks; run A/B pilots and iterate fast.

Revenue‑Grade Bot Development

  • Sales bots: lead enrichment, call‑note summaries, attribute syncing, RFP answer retrieval.
  • Marketing bots: auto‑segment & route inbound leads, AI‑generated personalized emails, content‑topic clustering, SEO gap analysis, social‑post scheduling.
  • Prototype GPT/RAG agents (e.g., “SEO‑brief copilot,” “Outbound email drafter”).
  • Launch experiments via pilots with small user groups, then scale.

Governance & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with RevOps on any schema‑writing flows; follow PR review and change‑control process.
  • Partner with RevOps and Digital Marketing to embed automations into HubSpot campaigns, ensuring deliverability and compliance.
  • Produce video walk‑throughs & READMEs; train RevOps on basic monitoring.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Publish a monthly Automation ROI dashboard: seller hours saved, marketing hours saved, bot adoption, incremental MQLs/traffic.
  • Track organic‑traffic lifts tied to AI‑generated content initiatives; attribute conversions back to bots.
  • Present quarterly impact review to Growth & Marketing leadership; propose next‑gen pilots.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience building data‑driven automations across Sales and Marketing funnels (n8n, Workato, Zapier, custom code).
  • Demonstrated LLM/GPT implementation- e.g., content generation, RAG search, conversational agents, etc.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs (or comparable Sales CRM) (objects, campaigns, APIs, workflows).
  • Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python; comfortable standing up custom n8n nodes and webhook services. We don’t care if you know syntax. All we care about is your understanding of coding concepts and how to leverage AI tools to create useful scripts.
  • Experience measuring growth levers-MQL lift, organic traffic, engagement rates-and tying them back to automation work.
  • Thrives in high‑growth SaaS environments where priorities pivot quickly and impact is king.

What We’re Really Looking For

  • Cognitively sharp - You learn fast, ask killer questions, and speak the language of your buyer.
  • Execution-oriented - You qualify hard, follow up religiously, and always close next steps.
  • Resourceful - You don’t wait for perfection. You figure it out and find a way.
  • Driven - You get excited about seeing your work make an impact.
  • Coachable - You ask for feedback and apply it fast.

If you don't have the perfect experience, that is fine! Careers using AI are new and everyone is building new skills every day. If you are building in your free time and your twitter feed is filled with the latest AI news, you may be the right fit.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
