What this is about (role)
As an Atomicwork Finance Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate financial data, assist in strategic financial decisions, and drive compliance and efficiency across the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with various teams to align financial planning with company goals.
We seek a highly motivated individual with a solid financial background, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts. Above all, we are looking for a team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
While detail-oriented, this role will allow you to contribute to broader strategic decisions. You’ll be expected to take initiative, seek out relevant financial data, and operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet company objectives.
What we’re looking for (qualifications)

- Financial Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in high-growth or SaaS environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting systems, ERP tools, and data analysis software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical Skills: Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to provide actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and execute with precision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial statements and reports, highlighting insights to aid strategic decision-making.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to company goals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal audits.
- Strategic Support: Assist leadership with financial planning, growth strategies, and scenario modeling.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Handle contracts, payments, and financial negotiations with vendors and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support other departments with financial guidance and data-driven insights.
