People Partner
About the Role
At Atomicwork, the People Partner role goes beyond partnering-
it’s about building, operating, and scaling people programs with intent.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior leaders, and owning the entire employee lifecycle
-from onboarding to exit-while also bringing structure, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor on people matters, balancing business needs with empathy
- Enable leaders to make better people decisions through data and insights
People Operations & Automation
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, engagement, performance, transitions, and exits
- Build scalable, automated people processes suitable for a growing startup
- Ensure operational excellence while continuously improving systems and workflows
Programs, Policies & Culture
- Design and implement HR programs aligned with Atomicwork’s cultural values
- Create and standardize policies that work across regions, while respecting local nuances

Data, Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Take a data-driven approach to identify trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions
- Handle complex people situations with maturity, empathy, and sound judgment
- Bring structure to ambiguity and act decisively when required
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience working in SAAS based startups or fast-scaling environments
- Proven exposure to working with senior leaders
- Experience working with US-based teams is a strong plus
Skills & Mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing operations and strategy-no task is “too small”

- Data-driven, analytical, and strong problem-solving capability
- Deep empathy and ability to navigate sensitive situations effectively
- Thrives in an environment that values:
- Agency
- Mastery
- Healthy impatience

Why This Role Is Unique
- You’ll work across multiple teams and geographies, which is rare in similar roles
- You’ll help shape people programs from the ground up
- You’ll be part of a People & Culture team that values clarity, ownership, and real impact over performative HR
