Who We Are

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.

Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We're changing that.

Atoms builds Physical AI — real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.

This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don't just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.

We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

What You'll Do

As a GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for scaling the customer-facing and operational teams that power Atoms' growth and market expansion. You'll hire high-performing talent across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Operations, and on-site Delivery—bringing in the operators, strategists, and problem-solvers who drive adoption, partnership success, and real-world deployment of our Physical AI systems.

You will:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and operational roles across multiple teams and markets.
  • Partner closely with GTM and Operations leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, refine hiring plans, and align recruiting strategy with business goals and deployment timelines.
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through targeted sourcing, outbound engagement, and competitive market mapping in enterprise sales, ops, and partnership roles.
  • Use data to assess funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
  • Represent Atoms' mission and value proposition with clarity, energy, and credibility—helping candidates understand the magnitude of the problem we're solving.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years of recruiting experience focused on GTM roles (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, etc.), ideally in hardware, enterprise tech, or deep tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to run fast, high-quality searches in a growing or ambiguous environment.
  • Strong business partner capable of influencing GTM and Operations leaders, challenging assumptions, and advising on market dynamics.
  • Confident communicator with excellent pitch ability and strong candidate engagement skills—comfortable explaining complex, mission-driven work to talent.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable prioritizing multiple searches at once.
  • Mission-focused operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-ownership environments and can handle the demands of scaling a deep tech company.

Why Join Us

  • Build the GTM engine for a generational technology: You'll recruit the teams that bring Physical AI to market, scaling adoption across food, mining, and transport—industries that move civilization forward.
  • High visibility and impact: Work directly with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to shape hiring strategy and influence how Atoms enters and scales new markets.
  • Meaningful work: Every hire you make directly affects Atoms' ability to deploy systems at scale, solve hard operational problems, and create real-world impact.
  • Operate at the frontier: Help build teams that operate cutting-edge robotics in live environments—a rare opportunity to be part of transforming the physical world.
