What you’ll do

As a Strategy & Planning Associate, you will act as an internal consultant driving the commercial engine of the company. You will be a key player within the US/CAN Enterprise team, working cross-functionally across our diverse business units.

• Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies to aggressively expand our current Enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for new brand acquisitions.
• Support Executive Decision-Making: Partner closely with the C-Level leadership team to build high-stakes data decks and strategic reports.
• Portfolio Management & Reporting: Take full ownership of our Enterprise portfolio, maintaining a weekly cadence to monitor account health and provide deep-dive reporting on business performance.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead long-term strategic initiatives, coordinating between technical and non-technical teams to bring complex tasks to completion.
• Internal Consultancy: Act as a strategic advisor for different Business Units, using data to guide their growth trajectory and brand expansion

 

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a high-agency individual for the Strategy & Planning team who possesses a "founder mindset" and thrives on taking full accountability for large-scale projects.

• The Analytical Architect: You have a strong command of SQL and Excel. Experience with Python is a significant plus; we value candidates with a "developer" logic who can automate and scale their insights.
• Master Communicator: You can translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives. You are equally comfortable presenting a deck to the C-suite as you are collaborating with technical engineering teams.
• Business Acumen: You have a firm grasp of Finance basics and understand the levers that drive commercial strategy and Business Unit (BU) profitability.
• Relentless Ownership: You have a "get it done" attitude. When a task is entrusted to you, you have the autonomy and discipline to carry it across the finish line.
• Strategic Visionary: You don't just look at what is happening today; you are constantly thinking about how to expand brands, reach new markets, and optimize the long-term portfolio.
